Comment:

 Agreed. This is not a cbc bug, it's just the pain of learning to use
 Visual Studio. The last thing you want to do is move (worse, copy) files
 from the original source directories to your application development
 directory. Use the facilities of Visual Studio to specify the location of
 include files and libraries.
