 Dear YC,

 These kind of decisions are made for all coin-or projects by the Technical
 Leadership Committee. I know that there were some discussions about
 changes but I don't know where they got to.

 Regarding compiling Bonmin in windows in general and visual studio in
 particular. I personally don't have any possibility of reproducing or
 fixing problems.
 But if, by any chance, anybody has better project files or is willing to
 provide better support than the one currently provided, I will be more
 than happy to let him/her do it (I don't have any form of retribution to
 offer except moral recognition and publicity).
