#45: Problem with creating the Makefiles for Bonmin

 I'm traing to install Bonmin in my computer with a Windows environment.
 For that I downloaded and installed Cygwin, but I'm having problems with
 the creation of the Makefiles.
 When I run "../configure -C" I get
 "configure: error: Your Fortran compiler can't compile Fortran 90, I
 cannot compile MUMPS
 configure: error: /bin/sh/ './configure' failed for ThirdParty/Mumps"
 but when I run "./configue" in the Mumps folder I don't have any problem.
 Cygwin recongnize the compiler for Fortran 90, and I get a final line:
 "configure: Configuration of the ThirdPartyMumps successful"
 Could you please help me? I really don't know what to do.
