You might also want to look at DIP:
   https://projects.coin-or.org/Dip

Depending on the problem, it might be easier to get started with DIP
(instead of BCP). Look at the MILPBlock application for solving block
angular ILPs using decomposition directly from your MPS file (which you can
get from AMPL).
