[BCP] BCP and Constraint programming

Dear All

I'm Jose Rojas again, an OR student from the University of Chile.
My advisor teacher (Andrés Weintraub) wants to know if it's possible to
implement B&P with Constraint Programming in some framework of COIN-OR.
Is this possible in BCP, SYMPHONY, ABACUS or DIP???
