[BCP] MCF Examples not working in Bcp 1.2.0

Hi,
I am a newbie of BCP.
After downloading and installing the 1.2.0 version, I gave a try to the
examples.

The BAC example is fine, but it looks like the MCF-{1,2,3} are not updated.
They refer to the enum BCP_pricing_status and its value "BCP_PriceAlgoVars"
that were present in the version 1.1.0 (in file BCP_enum.hpp).

Moreover, why the MKC examples was removed?
