[Coin-bcpdiscuss] generated cuts while branching

Hi again!

I actually managed to generate the new cuts, only thing is I don't know 
where to get their value once the LP solver is run. I mean, we get the 
dual solution through lpres.pi(), but are the duals of the added cut in 
there? At the end? Or does it keep the negative indexes wh had in the 
BCP_branching_object???
