[VRPH] How to set the Number of vehicles

Hi,

I wonder if I can specify the number of vehicles when using the VRPH  code.
I can see the "*#define VRPH_MAX_NUM_ROUTES 10000*" in file VRPH.h.
I change the 10000 to a specified number, but it doesn't work.
would you please tell me how to set the vehicle numbers/ maximum number of
routes allowed?
