 If possible, renaming the class Lp defined in Vol/examples/Volume-LP/lpc.h
 to Vol_Lp or similar would avoid conflict with other packakges.
 Specifically, Lp appears
 in the doxygen doc of other packages as reference to the Lp
 format, but links to the Lp class of Vol are created by doxygen.
