[Symphony] Bug in Symphony uisng vc++10

Hi Yacine,

I built your code and could not replicate the issue. Everything ran fine
for me (after changing solver_id to "1" so that SYMPHONY would be used).
I'm not sure what the problem could be. I do recall something some years
back about some code to keep Visual Studio from popping Windows up. I don't
recall the details, but anyway, whatever it was should be the same for
SYMPHONY and Clp/Cbc. Sorry I can't be of more help...if you can think of
anything else we can try to isolate the problem, let me know.
