[Symphony] Install SYMPHONY-5.6.6

I have checked some fixes into trunk. Everything seems to build and run
fine for me now, but I have not done extensive testing yet. Can you check
whether everything looks OK? You can get the code with

svn co https://projects.coin-or.org/svn/SYMPHONY/trunk SYMPHONY-trunk

I can upload a tarball somewhere is you would prefer. I'll run some tests
also and try to have a new release in the next few days. By the way, I
enabled the primal heuristics in distributed parallel mode, which should
improve things quite a bit. This requires recursively calling the
sequential version of SYMPHONY, though, so it was a bit tricky to make the
build go through.

Cheers,

Ted
