[Symphony] solver bug?

Hi, I have problem with solving attached *.mps file. In GUROBI works OK,
found global optimum is 0.179. But SYMPHONY (version 5.5.7) found 0.255 ?
Why? Where can be problem?

 

 

I'm beginner with SYMPHONY. Many thank for any idea.
