[Symphony] Segfault on some tests

Thanks for the report! What version are you trying with? I've recently been
doing a lot of housekeeping and fixed a number of small bugs, mostly
affecting the parallel version. Trunk now seems solid, but I've been
testing with feasible instances, so maybe there is something going on with
infeasible instances (these look like mostly infeasible instances). I will
check them.
