Yes, the missing library exists in
C:\SYMPHONY-5.4.0\SYMPHONY\MSVisualStudio\v10\Debug

the way i got it to work was to explicitly include every library and
header file into the project i was working on. i assume these libs exist
and it just didn't find them?
