[Symphony] Configuring Symphony for a Release build with VS 10.0

That is strange. It works fine for me with /MD in Release-Win32. I can't
imagine that the problems could be, but I guess as long as it's an isolated
incident and you have a fix that works for you, we'll leave it alone...
