[Symphony] Warm starting and rhs modification

I'm using SYMPHONY-5.2.4 on Ubuntu 11.04. No flags were selected for
configuration. Compiler is gcc version 4.5.2 (Ubuntu/Linaro
4.5.2-8ubuntu4).
