[Symphony] Different solutions when using osi and symphony

Hi,

I am experiencing a strange behaviour with symphony as it does not
return the optimal solution with a particular problem. When I try to
solve my problem using the branchAndBound method from Osi, I get the
expected solution.

Attached are the corresponding .mps and a small c++ code that solves it
using Osi (return value: -2207.94) and then symphony (return value:
-2168.635).

Any idea of what is happening? Is something wrong with my problem?
