[Symphony] Branch and Price

Hi Keshavarz,

Support for branch and price in SYMPHONY is deprecated. I would
suggest looking at DIP (https://projects.coin-or.org/Dip) and BCP
(https://projects.coin-or.org/Bcp). I would recommend taking a look at
DIP first. Feel free to post questions to the mailing lists for those
projects.
