[Coin-symphony] SYMPHONY 5.1.5 Released

We are pleased to announce the release of the latest version of the 
SYMPHONY MILP solver framework. This release fixes minor bugs and 
removes compiler warnings. A new stable version 5.2 is due out soon with 
more substantial improvements. Enjoy!
