[Coin-symphony] Symphony's limit

Hi Juliana,

I'm not sure what you mean by a "limit on the number of variables and 
constraints. SYMPHONY has no limit on the number of variables and 
constraint you can have in your model, but of course, the more there 
are, the longer it will take to solve. Are you asking how many variables 
and constraints is it reasonable to have in your model and still expect 
to be able to solve to optimality?
