[Coin-symphony] How to change the compiler?

Hi all,

Within the Symphony package I am also using the OsiOslSolverInterface,
which I need to overwrite. 
After overwriting some load methods, I am getting Linker errors.
So I would like to change the compiler in the SYMPHONY configuration
process. How can this be done? Is there a certain flag for the configure
script?
