[Coin-symphony] Compiling Symphony 4.0.0 on debian Linux

It would probably be fairly easy to get your code working with the
latest version of SYMPHONY, so that would be my first recommendation. If
you don't want to do that, I will reinstall SYMPHONY 4.0 and see if I
can build it on a Linux box.
