[Coin-symphony] row number out of range

Maybe I was a little hasty on my previous e-mail. In case it was 
unclear, typing

make OSI_INTERFACE=CLP

will set OSI_INTERFACE to CLP regardless of what is in the current 
makefile. Also, the compilation is done in a separate directory. So you 
don't need to modify or make clean or do anything to the makefile to 
recompile with a new interface.
