[Coin-symphony] Compiling Symphony

Patrick,

This is correct. In order to convert the format, before trying VS, open all 
the .dsp/.dsw files with another Win application, WordPad will do, and save 
without any change. 

For the other problem with Cygwin, just turn off the variable HAS_READLINE in 
the configuration file.
