 When exiting (after control+c) symphony prints the following,
 "Do you want to abort immediately, exit gracefully (from the current solve
 call only), or continue? [a/e/c]:" to stdout where it should be stderr.
 This creates a problem when stdout is directed to a file.
 When users aborts (control+c) the symphony this message is also printed to
 file where it should be on the screen.
