 The missing dll should be one of the Intel Fortran redistributable
 libraries. You need to install those, since some of the codes that are
 installed were built with Intel Fortran and depend on those libraries.
 Sorry that is not really documented anywhere. They come with the compiler,
 which I have installed, so I didn't need to do this myself.

 Depending on what you have installed, you probably need to install the
 libraries for version 11.1.065 here:

 https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/redistributable-libraries-of-
 the-intel-c-and-fortran-compiler-for-windows

 Can you let me know if that fixes the problem?
