 In both the trunk and 5.5 versions, when configured as default (i.e.,
 ../configure), SYMPHONY returns a finite optimal solution for the two
 attached files (which matches with CPLEX's solutions).

 However, when it is built with the following configuration:
 ../configure --enable-debug --enable-gnu-packages --enable-sensitivity-
 analysis --enable-tests --enable-tm-tests --enable-draw-graph --with-
 application

 The trunk reports infeasibility for both files after producing errors in
 the form of
 #####Error: LP objective value decrease from -215.080 to -215.116
 Error! Told not to branch, but there are no new cuts or variables!
 Error! Told not to branch, but there are no new cuts or variables!
 #####Error: LP objective value decrease from -161.444 to -161.480

 Version 5.5 reports infeasibility with similar errors only for the file:
 100_11.MPS
