 First of all, I appreciate you for developing and supporting such a nice
 library.

 I would like to use the SYMPHONY VRP solver ver. 5.4.6. So, I opened the
 following file.

 C:\Users\KANG\Downloads\SYMPHONY-5.4.6\SYMPHONY\Applications\VRP\MSVisualStudio\v10\vrp.sln

 But, vrp.vcxproj file is empty.

 Even if I tried to open several different versions of SYMPHONY, and
 several different versions of Visual Studio Solution files v8, v9, and
 v10, the 'build' failed with different reasons.

 Would you please check if the project file works?

 P.S. I use Visual C++ 2010 Express (32bit) on Windows 7 (64bit).
