 This is due to a problem with post-solve. The pre-solver aggregates the
 identical variable and the post-solve is supposed to split them back out
 into single variables again. However, this does not happen correctly. For
 technical reason, this is difficult to fix in 5.4, but it is working in
 5.5. For now, my recommendation is just to switch to 5.5. There will be a
 new release 5.4.0 shortly.
