[RBFOpt] Questions about RBFOpt

Hi RBFOpt team,

This is Yimin Chen, Ph.D. student from Drexel University. I am now trying
to do blackbox optimiztion for energy system optimization. I want to use
RBFOpt and notice that RBFOpt works best on 10-40 decision variables, but
my project needs to handle around 500 decision variables and estabish
around 1200 constraints. I wonder if RBFOpt can handle that. I appreciate
if you can give me a hand. Thanks!
