Hi,

as I just happened to learn (thanks, tobi) that the survey is not 
restricted to linear programming, but also asks for facilities to 
support more general types of mathematical programs.
Therefor, I think also Bonmin, CSDP, Couenne, Dip, Ipopt, and Vol should 
fill this out.

Deadline is tomorrow (19th of April).
