[Project-managers] Anyone want to organize a COIN min-cluster for INFORMS?

At this point, no one has stepped up to organize a mini-cluster, but I
would still like to have some sessions around COIN, as we have had in the
past. Please let me know if you have anything to contribute. At the very
least, I think we'll have some sort of panel on latest developments.
