Fellow Testers:


In order to facilitate testing I created a stable version of the OS project

OS/stable/0.9

that has all of the new stable versions created by Laci in the Externals 
file except for Smi (my apologies for not testing this project).

Note also that the OS Externals file has trunk versions of CppAD and 
Ipopt.   I could not get Ipopt stable 3.3 to work with Mumps stable 1.0. 
I will file a ticket on this.

I  was able to get a successful build on Mac OS X and pass the unitTest 
which uses all of the stable project solvers.  I will also test Linux 
and MSYS/cl.
