[Project-managers] Change to XML pages

Hi all,

I just wanted to let you know that we have implemented a mechanism for 
automatically generating the latest stable version and release numbers 
for each project, so it is no longer necessary to update these in your 
XML pages. In fact, you can delete those field completely (though this 
is not necessary if you have already posted your page). Let me know if 
you have any questions.
