Hmm, there's also a section "Other Linked COIN-OR Projects," but maybe
we need to reword it a little. I guess I'm hesitant to use the word
"Required" because in many cases, there is not *specific* third-party
software that is required. It may either be optional (enabling enhanced
functionality) or you may only need one of several different optional
packages for some specific purpose. How about the label "Third-Party
Software" and then an indication for each package whether it is required
or optional? Take a look at the updated SYMPHONY page and see what you
think:
