[Project-managers] Second REQUEST: what's new in your project? COIN-OR year end article. Input needed by Sept 7.

Apologies to the 2 project managers who have responded...but to everyone 
else....What's new with you? :-) 

Please send news about your project, e.g., 
 - new features
 - new applications using your project
 - new documentation
 - new users
or anything else interesting or noteworthy that will be accomplished by 
Nov 4, 2007 (aka INFORMS Seattle). The info will be collated into an 
article for ORMS Today's pre-Seattle meeting edition (hence the Sept 
deadline) and shared at the Seattle COIN-OR User & Member Meeting and 
INFORMS Computing Society business meeting.
