I think it referred to the person that submitted the question (probably 
Robert Harder). I deleted it.

When Matt gets to it, the page www.coin-or.org/projects.html should 
replace projects.coin-or.org and the left-hand side menu will be changed 
to point directly to projects.coin-or.org.
