[Osi] COIN OSI not working with cplex 124

Hi,

I just checked and it still works with 12.4 for me (Linux/64bit).
There is also still a CPXgetstat function in CPLEX.

It may be that the library dependencies have changed.
I have to pass "-lpthread -lm" additionally.
