[Osi] Is there a way to deactivate solver output?

Thank you Ted,

I am using OsiSolverInterface (instancied in the test I did as an
OsiClpSolverInterface). Apparently you are doing something more,
because I did not get less output: whereas using
osi->messageHandler()->setLogLevel(0) did reduce the quantity of
information displayed, adding osi->setHintParam(OsiDoReducePrint) gave
exactly the same thing.
