[Osi] Multiple Summation as the Objective Function

Greetings,

 

I am new to COIN-OR and am having difficulty programming my objective
function, a multiple summation.  Any assistance you can offer regarding how
to code this would be greatly appreciated!

 

The objective function is the x(sub i) times y(sub i,j) summing for all
values of i and j.  I have copied the equation below, but cannot state how
it will travel through email as text.

 

 



 

I am using Microsoft Visual Studio C++ 2008 (I have access to 2005 as well)
if that makes a difference
