[Coin-osi-devel] New stable version of Osi (0.96)

Folks,

	With help from lots of others, there is now a new stable version of Osi,
Osi/stable/0.96.  There's some additional functionality (support for row and
column names will be the most obvious), upgrades to OsiClp, OsiDylp, OsiGlpk,
and OsiCpx, and the usual complement of bug fixes. If you're currently using 
Osi, give it a spin, please. A release will be frozen out in a week or so.
