[Coin-osi-devel] Moving three methods from devel to stable

I asked three months ago if it is possible to move three methods from
devel/OsiClpSolverInterface to stable/OsiClpSolverInterface (see ticket 14
for Osi). One of the cut generators in Cgl needs these methods to work. These
three methods are essentially copies of existing methods, replacing

double *

by

CoinIndexedVector

This does not seem to be too controversial.
