Hello,

I am trying to setup the COIN-OS as a webservice, but cannot find the
information how to do it.

I think the following wiki page should contain this information, but it is
empty:
  https://projects.coin-or.org/OS/wiki/ossolverservice

So, how to use/start the SOAP WebService with "OSSolverService.exe"?
