 I'm having a problem while compiling CoinAll using cplex 12.5.0.0 and
 12.5.0.1. CoinAll doesn't pass the make test phase. No problem appears
 when using cplex 12.4. Please, find attached the config.log and test.log
 (the last part of make test).
