Comment:

 Hardwired paths in the unit tests are a general problem and will only get
 worse as we move to unbundled packaging. Use the -mpsDir command line
 parameter. I'm resolving this as `won't fix', but the goal is not
 altogether abandoned. We need to decide on some install conventions on
 MSVS.
