 Osi 0.98.2, in the attached program, OsiClp solves the problem multiple
 times using resolve().  After the last call to resolve() the solution is
 obtained but getColSolution() returns NULL.

 (As maybe a clue to tracking this issue down, this behaviour does not
 appear if the calls to enableFactorization() and enableSimplexInterface()
 in line 83 and 84 are not made.)
