Comment:

 Patch applied in OsiVolSolverInterfaceIO.cpp, Osi trunk r1201. Allocation
 of {{{continuous_}}} placed inside the block protected by {{{ if
 (maxNumcols_ > 0) }}}. I've retargeted the ticket to OsiCpx (presumably
 the problem remains there).
