New description:

 In the 0.95.3 distribution I found the following problems

  * Osi-0.95.3/lib does not contain !OsiCpx and !OsiXpr libraries
  * Osi-0.95.3/include does not contain !OsiCpxSolverInterface.hpp (and
 !OsiXprSolverInterface.hpp) though I assume it can be copied from
 Osi-0.95.3/Osi/src/!OsiCpx/!OsiCpxSolverInterface.hpp

 Have I failed to install properly?  Are these interfaces currently
 complete?   Or are the libraries unnecessary?  I am new to Osi, so perhaps
 I am missing something simple.

 Are you referring to the binary distribution? If so, could you re-file the
 bug there?
 Or is something missing when you build from source (either from the source
 tarball or from Subversion?
