Comment:

 A user-level workaround is to specify --disable-glpk-libcheck when running
 configure. But ... this is a !BuildTools problem and there's a fix already
 in place in !BuildTools/trunk, which allows multiple symbols to be
 specified. If any one of them links successfully, the link check is
 considered successful. This allows the link check to succeed for glpk 4.13
 and earlier, as well as 4.14 and later.
