#20: The CPLEX and XPRESS solver interfaces seem to be missing some files

 In the 0.95.3 distribution I found the following problems

  * Osi-0.95.3/lib does not contain OsiCpx and OsiXpr libraries
  * Osi-0.95.3/include does not contain OsiCpxSolverInterface.hpp (and
 OsiXprSolverInterface.hpp) though I assume it can be copied from
 Osi-0.95.3/Osi/src/OsiCpx/OsiCpxSolverInterface.hpp

 Have I failed to install properly?  Are these interfaces currently
 complete?   Or are the libraries unnecessary?  I am new to Osi, so perhaps
 I am missing something simple.
